Industry 4.0 sector – Rotation and mentoring program
RAMP consists of three 6-month rotations and three 30-day sprints.
Each rotation is built around a project with ambitious goals and significant business impact. Participants take an active role in identifying rotations that will best meet their development needs and professional interests.
The 30-day sprints focus on skill development through shadowing opportunities, starting with an immersive onboarding experience that connects new hires with 50+ Ericsson teammates and leaders in 30 days. The opportunity to quickly build your professional network and grow your mentoring board of mentors will be supercharged from day one.

Spotlight on RAMP participants
RAMP has helped me network and learn the ways of working from many different business units, areas and people who all play a role in Ericsson’s overall strategy. My development as a young career professional has grown exponentially with exposure to unique training, unique opportunities locally and globally, and an incredible program that has allowed me to utilize my strengths in every engagement!
RAMP gave me the opportunity to sharpen my current skills, expand my sphere of influence, and discover untapped skills I didn’t know I had.
