To date, 68.3% of Michiganders aged 16 or older have received at least their first dose of one of the three vaccines, bringing the state closer to its goal of 70% vaccination rate.

DeAugustine said he consulted two legal teams on the matter, one of which works for the Michigan Association of School Boards and the other for the law firm Thrun.
