Microsoft Dynamics channel companies 1ClickFactory and QBS Group form Companial

1ClickFactory, based in Vilnius, Lithuania, and QBS Group, headquartered in Leusden, the Netherlands, announced that they are rebranding together as Companion. This decision completes the merger of the two companies as an organization providing services and licenses to Microsoft Dynamics partners.

1ClickFactory provides services to over 300 Dynamics Partners in over 40 countries working as a Microsoft ISV Development Center with Gold Certification in ERP, Application Development and Cloud Platform. QBS Group is an indirect provider of cloud solutions for Microsoft, now present in more than 25 countries with more than 800 partners who manage more than 40,000 customers.

According to the company, the launch of Companial will not impact existing relationships and contracts and will lead to more partner-focused offerings related to adding or enhancing a Microsoft Business Applications practice. The company recently acquired a majority stake in training company Dynamics Plataan, a deal that will allow the company to offer training and enablement tools to Dynamics partners worldwide. In 2019, QBS Group acquired majority shares of 1ClickFactory. In 2020, QBS became the majority shareholder of MindsUnited, a software and services company focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.

Companial will be led by CEO Louis Rustenhoven, who also led QBS Group’s parent company, The IT Channel Company. In an interview with MSDW, he explained that Companial continues to evolve as a service company.

An increasing portion of our revenue consists of services with which we support our Dynamics partners. Our transaction with Plataan 1 month ago fits perfectly into this strategy.

In the new Companial organization, we combine our commercial and technical services and allow partners to buy all their services from us through 1 platform, whether it’s licensing, lead generation, training, hosting, services techniques or any other service. But – although we are digitizing many of our touchpoints and processes – we will never compromise on the “personal touch”. Our personal contact with our people in the areas of partner support, finance, sales support, marketing, technical services and of course sales.

We aim to expand our Dynamics community and also aspire to be the preferred community. With over 1,000 partners, we are the largest Dynamics partner community in the world. But we realize that we have to earn trust and business again every day. As a Companial, we can only be the preferred community if we share our knowledge and experience with our partners and care deeply about meeting their needs.

It is our mission as a Companial to enable every Dynamics partner to exceed expectations. The most important expectation is of course the expectation of the customer from the partner. The company may also engage in further geographic expansion and make other strategic acquisitions, he said.
